1. Songwriters and Musicians Needed for Global Game Jam (January 24-26, 2025)
Global Game Jam is a worldwide event where teams gather to create games based on a theme revealed at the start. Nordic Music Creators is excited to share that game jams will be held in Jakobstad, Vasa (Finland), and Jörn (Sweden), welcoming songwriters, composers, and musicians.

2. Upcoming Webinar on Game Music (January 16, 2025)

3. J-POP Crash Course & Online Writing Camp (January 18 - February 15, 2025)
Dive into the vibrant world of J-Pop in this engaging course. Participants will receive guidance from accomplished teachers and industry professionals on songwriting and production techniques. Registrations are open until January 12, 2025.

4. Master's Program in Creative Music Production
Nordic Music Creators is excited to announce a unique opportunity to elevate your music career through a collaborative Master's program between Novia UAS and Musikmakarna.
The program is primarily online and offers real industry collaboration, allowing students to work on live projects, perform across Europe, and gain invaluable experience.
- Performing live gigs across Europe
- Writing music for various artists
- Developing and releasing music with a personal artistic profile
- Composing music for a circus in Monte Carlo
- Creating music for the upcoming game POGOPPL, set for worldwide release in 2025
Eligible candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience. The application period is from January 8 to 22, 2025, with the program starting in Autumn 2025.
