Who we are

A stronger, more connected music industry

Nordic Music Creators (NMC) is an Interreg Aurora-funded project designed to foster collaboration within the Aurora region. The network unites Yrkeshögskolan Novia, Musikmakarna - Songwriters Academy of Sweden, Yrkesakademin Österbotten, Lappfjärds Folkhögskola, and Kulturakademin Storuman.

With connections across the regional, national, and global music industry, we offer a platform for professional development, innovation, and collaboration. Our mission is to empower songwriters, musicians, producers, and entrepreneurs with opportunities for growth and international visibility.

Through songwriting camps, seminars, webinars, innovation labs, and networking events, NMC turns shared knowledge into creative and professional opportunities. In the long term, that work contributes to business development and music export growth.
